Founder / Kitchen
Jacob's was born from a lifelong love of food and more than 15 years behind the line. Our founder honed his craft across multiple restaurants in Munich, Germany — mastering everything from wood‑fired pizza and handmade pasta to the perfect smash burger.
When the opportunity came to bring that same dedication to Sterling Heights, the answer was clear. Jacob's Eat & Drink opened its doors on Van Dyke Avenue with one mission: serve food that's made right, every single time.
